Requests like these are refused, and clients who make them are dropped. A complaint without a violation is itself abuse.

Is this legal?

Yes. We use the abuse channels that providers and regulators run for exactly this, and act only on breaches of the law or of a provider’s own terms.

How fast does a site go down?

It depends on who is on the other end. Large hosts and registrars often act within hours; regulators take longer. Filing with every layer at once is what shortens the wait.

What if it reappears on a new domain?

We keep a fingerprint of each site — layout, code, hosting, payment details — and reopen the case as soon as a copy shows up.
